Our panel of judges will represent a broad spectrum of artforms to view works submitted. The panel will select artists/artisans based on their quality of the artform, as well as originality and technique. We want the jury panel to help us create a great first studio tour!
Preparing for Jurying
- Read the Guidelines Carefully: Each show will have specific guidelines for each artist to follow. Be sure to adhere to these.
- Choose Your Best Work: Only submit pieces that are strong examples of your style and skills. It’s better to submit fewer, stronger pieces than to pad your submission with works that are not your best.
- Professional Photography: High-quality images can make a huge difference. Make sure to take the best pictures of your work. Good lighting without any glare, clarity, and definitely don’t have anything other than the artwork be the photo.
What Happens After You Submit?
Once the jury has reviewed and selected all the artist/artisan submissions, your status to participate in the Tour will be emailed to you on February 13, 2026. If you have not been accepted, it may be that the work did not fit the criteria for this Tour.
