PARC Tour Policies

-All artwork/creations MUST be the artists’ own creations.
-All Studio Artists/Guest Artists must display sufficient work to cover the duration of the Tour
-All Studio Artists must display adequate signage at their location
-All Studio Artists/Guest Artists are required to distribute a designated minimum number of brochures in and around their location. Brochures to be picked up by each artist.
-All artists must sign a waiver releasing the Tour organizers and volunteers from any liability.
-It is up to each artist, if they require, to insure their own inventory during the Tour.
-Any organizer, volunteer or any one assisting the running of the PARC Studio Tour will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to any artists’ premises or inventory.
-All artists must complete the Artist Application Form and acknowledge and accept the waiver of liability form.
-Any artist that completes the Artist Application Form does not guarantee acceptance in the Tour. Once images of your art are received they will be reviewed and notice will be given shortly thereafter.
-IMPORTANT: Each studio and guest artist MUST only have in their exhibit space work that was created by the artist that applied and paid the Tour fee.
-Cancellation policy: Cancellations made prior to the printing of the brochure can be arranged. If a studio cancels and guest artists are counting on that location for their participation in the tour, this will most likely cause problems for those guest artists. Please contact us if this is the case. No refunds once the brochure has been printed.
